A calm space to grow

Counselling gives you time and space to make sense of what's going on, without judgement.

Together we'll work out what's keeping you stuck, and what would help you feel more like yourself again. Sessions have a clear structure, practical tools where they help, and regular reviews so you can see what's changing.

About

Hi, I'm Hannah.

I've been a counsellor for ten years, and before that I spent eight years teaching in secondary schools, so I know how easily stress and self-doubt can build up when life is busy.

My work is warm, down to earth and collaborative. You won't be analysed from a distance: we'll work it out together.
